Etude House SoonJung 10 Free Moist Emulsion Review || Is it good?

I have tried different kinds of moisturizers, from heavy creams to airy lightweight, every moisturizer has its own uniqueness. Just like today’s topic, which is the Etude House SoonJung 10 Free Moist Emulsion Review!

Is moisturizer just a waste of money? While there are a lot of moisturizers sold in the market, you certainly don’t need the most expensive one just for your skin to feel moisturized.

To make things easier, I will be breaking down this review into parts so that it will not be messy for you to read!

Packaging, price, and amount

I have used this product for more than a 2 months every night, and I still have a lot left. The product’s packaging does not look cheap or chunky. Although looks of a product does not really matter much, I’d say it gives a really aesthetic vibe especially if you have the whole set of SoonJung line.

It is neither too big or small, and it is easy to store and travel with. It comes with a pump which I really find interesting since not a lot of moisturizer do this. This product is not too expensive especially for the performance that it gives. For the price to amount ratio, I would say that it is pretty balanced considering the effects it could give you.

Consistency

At first glance without reading the emulsion, I thought that this product would be a thick moisturizer. However, it changed the moment I mixed it with my fingers. That’s when the emulsion kicks in.

I love the consistency of this product the most! As someone with a combination skin (oily-dry / dry-normal sometimes), this is a perfect moisturizer. It is not too heavy for my oily side, and not too light for my dry skin. Just perfect.

It does not feel heavy on the skin despite living in a extremely humid place. Most importantly, it does not make me sweat!

The Upsides

Going back to the importance of a moisturizer, remember that a moisturizer balances the skin to not be super oily or dry. The best thing about this product is how it balances my skin. Apart from that, this makes your skin feel super smooth afterwards like magic!

One trick that I like to do with this product is putting ice beforehand. This will make your skin extra smooth! After putting ice, dry your face, put this emulsion, and you can thank me later. There are amazing things that ice does to our skin so don’t miss it out!

One thing I have learned about moisturizers, is that it should never feel tight after application. This SoonJung 10-free moist emulsion is the perfect example for that since it balances your skin well. If you are experiencing tightness, then there is something wrong in your skincare. The Downsides

I had to sit for a while and really think of something that I don’t like about this product. Surprise! I have no downside for this one. I will for sure re-purchase it after finishing my first bottle.

I highly recommed this product with a rating of 5/5! This is perfect for every skin type especially if you are just looking for a great moisturizer to balance your skin well whilst leaving it smooth.
